A Note from J.L.

Hey everybody,

It has been an emotional week. I was a pall bearer at Orell's funeral Tuesday. I thought the service was very comforting. He was a Cristian and that makes all the difference.

I was sorry to hear Mark Burtest had passed away. He truly battled for a long time.

The lesson this week in Mark is "How to be a Sucess". Not a bad thing to know. Hope to see everyone.

Prayerfully,
J L Grant

A note from J.L.

Hey Everbody,

It's supposed to be raining tomorrow. Just bundle up and come to church anyway. Don't be a fair weather member. The lesson tomorrow is "How to get along with others". A lesson I need as much as anyone.

One important thing to remember. Robert And Penny Walters joined Parkway in Dec. - Robert by profession of faith, Penny by letter. Please let them know how happy you are, and encourage them. See you tomorrow. J.L.

A note from J.L.

Hey Everybody

I don't believe I've ever felt cold more than this snap. Perhaps I'm getting old.

Tomorrow, Parkway is back on the regular schedule. That is 8:15 service, 9:30 Sunday School, 10:45 service.

I know it's cold but bundle up and come on. I can't wait to hear your holiday stories. A praise Chris told me - Lottie Moon doubled the 25000 goal and is currently at 52000. This is truly remarkable. See you tomorrow.
