Comments from J.L.

We had a few more in Sunday School last Sunday but I still haven't seen or heard from some in a while. If you're unhappy with me come and let me know.

This week we're still in Psalmns. Title of the lesson is "When I Am Afraid". Even the most macho among us have those times. We can't handle them alone.

Come let us share.

God is Great

Hey Everybody,
I know last Sunday followed a very late Saturday night, but Mark and I were lonesome in Sunday School. Hopefully this Saturday won't be as late. The lesson this week is in Psalms. The title is "God Is Great". Indeed the creator of the universe is great. Let's honor Him by being in church Sunday. I apologize this week for not contacting every one. Charlotte had fever on Thurs. and was exiled from nursery school. We have had her since. Hope to see everybody tommorrow. J L Grant

Hey Everybody
Lets all be in Sunday School this week . We have a home football game so most everybody will be in town. The lesson this week in Psalms is " God Is Just".
Many times we think the bad are going unpunished and the good are suffering. This Psalm addresses this. In these trying times we need to look for answers in God's word. Pray for our SS class, our church, our nation. Be safe and see you Sunday. J L Grant

Comments from J.L.

Hey everybody, I'm late this week not because of Charlotte, but high school football. Thursday A. J. broadcast the Lagrange Newnan game on Newnan cable. I helped. Today ,Saturday, we are headed to Atlanta for the N Gwinnett Prattville game.It will be on Css here. The lesson this week is in James and titled "Live With Confidence". Be in prayer for our class. We have several illness sitiuations as well as other needs. I need a Prayer Leader and a Outreach Leader for the REACH program. I don't think either will be very time consuming. Hope to see you Sunday.

Comments from J.L.

I'm sorry to be so late again, but we have had Charlotte since Wed. There was an outbreak of hoof and mouth disease at her daycare center. Fortunately, she has had no symtoms and has been a lot of fun. This weeks lesson is in James and the lesson is on controling our tongue. This is a difficult task for a lot of us. Now that school has started, I hope to see everyone. Remember Worship at 8:15 and Sunday School at 9:30. Remind me to talk about REACH.

Prayfully J L Grant
